No. 01 AN ACT

Offering a Reward for the Renegade Known as the " Kid ".

Section 1. That the Governor of this Territory is hereby authorized to offer a reward of Five Thousand dollars [$5000], for the capture, dead or alive, of an "Apache Indian", outlaw and murderer, known and designated the "Kid".

No. 29 AN ACT

To Regulate Houses of Prostitution in the Territory of Arizona

Section 1. (In short) It shall be unlawful for any owner, or agent of any owner, to keep or reside in any room, apartment or house of ill-fame, ill-repute for the purpose of prostitution or assignation, or to let, lease or rent for any length of time whatever, situated within four hundred yards in a direct line of any school house or school-room used by any of the public schools in the Territory of Arizona...

Section 2. The general reputation of the houses and of the persons frequenting the same shall be competent and prima facie evidence of the character of the houses and of the purposes for which it is used.

No. 40 AN ACT

For the Relief of P. R. Brady

Section 1. That the sum of one thousand and seventy-eight dollars and eight cents is hereby appropriated for the payment of P. R. Brady for services as Territorial Prison Commissioner.
